Synopsis:

An incarcerated gang member gets stuck with a jaded Public Defender who is not doing his job.   While in the court lock-up, he is guided to believe that a Marsden Motion is the key to solving his problems.  If successful, it will ultimately give him a fair chance to prove his innocence.
